At Sofia’s Hyderabadi Jewellery, each piece is handcrafted with precision and care, often customized to reflect unique designs and traditional artistry. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery and the intricate craftsmanship involved, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the highest quality and exclusivity of our products while maintaining hygiene and authenticity. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.


If your products are damaged or defective upon arrival, an unboxing video is mandatory for processing your damage claim. The video should clearly show the condition of the product during the unboxing, including the packaging and any visible damage.

Claim Timeline: Please submit the unboxing video and your claim within 24 hours of receiving your order to ensure that we can process the return or replacement efficiently.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged during shipping, we will cover return shipping costs and replacement  product will be delivered within 7-8 working days.
